Inspiring Women Today explicitly affirms that discrimination based on sexual orientation is strictly prohibited. We are dedicated to ensuring that all lesbian, gay, bisexual, queer, and other individuals of diverse sexual identities feel safe, valued, and fully included in all aspects of our work, programs, leadership, and community engagement.

This policy applies to all staff, volunteers, board members, contractors, partners, and participants involved with Inspiring Women Today. It governs behavior in the workplace, during sponsored events, and in any official capacity related to our organization.
