Health & Wellness
EmpowHER Health & Wellness Program is dedicated to promoting health and well-being for girls and women and ensuring all menstruators have access to essential hygiene and menstrual products. Through community support and access to education and resources, EHWP aims to foster a healthy lifestyle.
The program provides workshops and classes, wellness support, interactive nutrition education, diverse fitness classes like yoga and dance, and mental health workshops focusing on stress management and self-care practices. We ensure resource access through free health screenings in partnership with local providers.
Our Monthly Matters Project is dedicated to ensuring that menstrual hygiene products are accessible to those who need them most. In our ongoing efforts to combat period poverty, Inspiring Women Today (IWT) provides Hygiene Haven Lockers, stocked with free menstrual and hygiene products, in locations that serve or directly support vulnerable populations.
This initiative helps break down the barriers to essential hygiene products, empowering individuals to maintain their dignity and well-being.
